Sol Kryder - DPT OCS

Growing up in the vast expanses of the Nevada desert and living in the PNW for over a decade has given Sol an appreciation for movement and space, and the freedom to explore and fully experience it. Interested in a career dedicated to helping others experience that same freedom of movement, he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Lewis-Clark State College in 2014. He went on to attend the University of Montana where he obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018. Since graduation, he has worked in an outpatient orthopedic setting to help individuals of all ages and occupations recover from injury and surgery, and to optimize performance and decrease injury risk.

Sol is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, is certified in dry needling and provides high quality treatment for the full range of musculoskeletal injuries and issues. He especially enjoys and has worked extensively treating the spine (both neck and back), as well as the inner ear (balance and vertigo). Knowing full well the impact these conditions can have on your body and your mindset, Sol strives to provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to regain your function, confidence, and independence. You can count on him to provide you with a detailed assessment, and a custom-tailored and comprehensive rehabilitation program based on the latest evidence to optimize your recovery.

When he is not in the clinic, Sol enjoys staying active both indoors and outdoors. You are as likely to see him in the gym setting a personal best as you are to see him out on the trail or on the water catching all the fish Alaska has to offer.
