Michelle Kirkham - LMT, NMRT

Michelle was born and raised in Juneau. After completing an Associates Degree at the University of Alaska Southeast, she realized that she wanted to help people with their pain which affects quality of life. She attended massage therapy school at the Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins, Colorado. In addition to massage therapy, she studied and received a certificate in neuromuscular rehabilitation therapy. Neuromuscular therapy uses pressure, active movement, and stretching to reset muscle length. She uses neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, deep tissue massage, and myofascial release techniques to help patients achieve their health goals. 

Michelle loves taking advantage of all that Alaska has to offer. Whether it is hiking, camping, jet skiing, snow machining, boating, fishing, hunting, or berry picking, she is always planning her next Alaskan adventure.
