Chronic Back Pain Support

Back and spinal pains occur due to a variety of reasons. The idea of reporting about common yet rare occurrences of back pains, especially the ones that I personally relate to are of importance to me. The three most common ways of developing acute, chronic or the most recently discovered neuropathic back pains (found in women with large breast, daily occupational activities, and young students wearing over weighted backpacks).
Women with large breasts tend to have back pains, however; many of these women are unaware that the weight of their breasts may be a cause of this intense pain. The weight of larger breasts adds an additional stress to the muscles and spine. This is very normal for small women of stature who have inherited larger breast, as this her weight is not well balanced. Moreover, these women have to be especially careful of their posture; having larger breast has a propensity to worsen deportment. Research has shown that “back pain can also occur after a time due to a rapid breast size increase”. This could take place after puberty, a surgical procedure, or pregnancy (times where rapid growth in breasts occurs). But I am born this way! And it is not your fault and for this reason, there are proper precautions that need to be taken when women experience this. Many people recommend breast reductions, however breast reductions are costly and not everyone can afford them. Nevertheless, back deficiencies caused by enormous breast have been brought to the attention of the government. Lower income women all over the world job choices has diminished, promotions were not permitted, lack of exercise all due to back problems; hence the government transformed this by allowing lower income women to qualify for free breast reduction surgery.
Another economic issue dealing with lower income and even middle income women are being able to afford a suitable brassiere. Wearing the correct brassiere is essential in this case, and evidently very expensive. Purchasing appropriate brassiere that is supportive and comfortable for women will result in a major difference in back pains.
Additionally, daily occupational activities are the number one cause of back pains. On average, five days a week a person endures a various amounts of labor. Research has proven that worldwide 37% of lower back pains can be attributed due to occupational hazard, men significantly more so than women. Many people do not feel that their jobs are the cause of these back pains they experience, but they are. Rather your occupation deals with standing all day or sitting all day, back pains occur in both. Example, men or women that sit in a truck, (let’s say a garbage truck driver) just because he or she is sitting while doing the job, back pains can still be induced. The instability of the garbage truck shakes and moves the driver when the designated trash is being picked up and being let back down. The harsh movement this garbage truck may jerk the driver’s spine and muscles causing future back injuries. Other examples include teachers, hairdressers, doctors, nurses etc. where standing occur a majority of the time. No, there aren’t any active movements or lifting items taking place, but they are standing. To stand hours at a time without the proper shoes will produce back injuries in the future. Fashion has been popular for many years, but fashion can induce back pains. Wearing heels or uncomfortable shoes for long periods of time just because they look good causes back pains in majority young and older women. Wearing proper or comfortable shoes at all times is very fundamental for people today and will prevent a lot of unwanted pain. Those with sitting pains need to know how to properly sit, be knowledgeable on ways to prevent a mass amount of movements to the back area and to engage in small stretching techniques before the shift and during breaks or every hour or so.
Finally, students of all ages, elementary to college endure back pains at a young age as a result of carrying backpacks are filled with heavy books although there are lockers and dorm rooms that they can reside in until the next class. These lockers and dorm rooms are provided so that books won’t have to be carried at such large capacities. However, this is inconvenient. Going to and from your dorm room after every two classes is a hassle that students of all ages try to avoid. When this is being avoided backs are being strained, because of the weight of the books on the spine. The distances that these backpacks are traveling on the back and the lifting are where unaware back problems occur. Having back problems at this stage in life without treatment is a future burden, and is almost positive to be unforeseen. When these students visit a chiropractor in the future it is unlikely that they will reconcile the root of their back pain. Preventions for these college students would be firstly to have proper foot attire for campus walking. Furthermore, transferring textbooks to EBooks or online books would make a major difference. Better note taking during classes, keeping the textbook reading for home will make a difference as well. Elementary students could invest in a roller backpack and middle and high school students need better time management between classes, better note taking as well. All this prevention will put a relief on the spine/ back pains that young student are so unaware of.
Fortunately, research has shown that chiropractors take serious safeguards to treating different forms of back pains. Primarily, viewing medical history and assuring that the back pain is not hereditary. Chiropractors run special lab test to see the best-fit treatments for the back problem the patient is currently and in future risk of. These special doctors help ease the nerves joints and muscles that link to the back and spine. They use spinal manipulation, which is hand to back motions on the patient. Massaging of the back takes place by chiropractors as well. Their goal is to relieve stress from the joints giving your spine and back muscle a relief. Chiropractors also check your health; health plays a major role in spinal pains. Your chiropractor may give health tips; speak about your diet your physical activity, which are substantial. Many patients that visit chiropractors are knowledgeable that the visit is not a onetime visit. Chiropractors are very helpful and can ease the back pains, but being consistent with the specialist result in a better outcome.
